What is Peyronie's Disease?

Peyronie's disease is a condition that causes the development of fibrous scar tissue inside the penis, leading to curvature of the erect penis and sometimes painful erections. It can also cause erectile dysfunction. The exact cause of Peyronie's disease is not well understood, but it is thought to occur as a result of injury or trauma to the penis, although sometimes no specific cause can be identified. It's more common in men older than 40, but it can happen to men of any age.

  • Erectile Tissue

  • Other penile deformity

How is
Peyronie's
Disease
Diagnosed?

A Peyronie's disease diagnosis is typically made through a combination of a patient's medical history, physical examination, and, in some cases, an ultrasound scan to detect hardened plaque in the penis. The examiner will also discuss any related symptoms.

What Is the P-Shot

The P-shot is an injection into the penis. It's a safe, non-surgical and natural treatment. We use local anesthesia so the procedure causes minimal discomfort. The treatment has no downtime and penetration can resume on the same day. There have been no reported side-effects from the treatment.

What Is Shockwave Therapy

LiSWT, or Low-Intensity Shockwave Therapy, is a non-invasive treatment that utilizes soundwaves to stimulate the growth of new blood vessels and increase blood flow in the penis. The treatment involves passing low- intensity soundwaves through the penile tissue, which triggers an acute inflammatory response. This response prompts the body to start a healing process that includes cell regeneration and the formation of new blood vessels, a process called neovascularization. This increased blood flow and sensitivity can lead to improved erectile function and potentially increased penis size.

BENEFITS

  • Non-invasive

  • No known side effects

  • Treats root cause

  • Drug free

  • 75% success rate

Treatment of shockwave can lead to significant improvement of erection levels which last at least 3 months

““I first spoke to Gary on the phone, and after a detailed and reassuring conversation, I decided to start a course of focused shockwave therapy combined with the P-Shot®. I was nervous at first, but Gary clearly explained each step of the treatment and what to expect.

The process began with a full blood test. Initially, I didn’t think this was necessary, but the results revealed elevated levels of sugar and fats in my blood — factors I hadn’t realised could be contributing to my symptoms.

We then began the shockwave treatment. I received plenty of helpful advice about diet and supplements, and to be honest, I was willing to do whatever it took to get my erections back. At first, I didn’t notice much change, but over time, I began waking up with morning erections again.

I was also prescribed some supportive medication and guided on using a vacuum pump. Gary explained that the P-Shot® would be given after completing the shockwave sessions. I was quite anxious about the injections, but I can honestly say the experience was far better than I expected — and I’m very happy with the results.”” — Sean
